Portsmouth Water are consulting on a new reservoir in Havant. They are holding a number of Q&A webinars, at which many of the questions are around access and leisure. It would help if people kept asking about environmental issues too. They have to juggle various conflicting demands, so any questions will help keep environmental considerations in the spot light.
