If you have access to Sky’s new documentary channel, there’s a couple of interesting-looking documentaries coming up. First, Honeyland on Saturday 30th May at 8.15 on wild beekeeping in Macedonia. Honeyland follows the story of Hatidze, a woman who lives with her ailing mother in the mountains of Macedonia, and makes a living cultivating honey using ancient beekeeping traditions. On Monday ay 9pm, there’s The Plastic Nile, covering the problem of plastic pollution on the Nile river.
