Climate Change Summit Saturday 5th October 10-4pm Ropetackle Arts Centre, Shoreham

Peter Owen-Jones, TV presenter, explorer and ecological thinker, will start the day with a hard-hitting call for action – what can we do, individually and collectively, to protect the environment and respond to the existential challenges of climate change and environmental degradation?

Also featuring Ellie Peters from the Committee on Climate Change, Belinda Rogers from the Green Alliance, Dan Osborn, Professor of Human Ecology at University College London and Dr. Howie Firth MBE who will talk about Orkney’s plans for full sustainability.

There will be a plenary discussion with policy makers and climate activists. The conference is supported by the Rampion Community Fund and we will upload more details nearer the time.
