Ancient woodland under threat from the proposed Arundel bypass

6 hectares of ancient woodland is under threat from the proposed route for the Arundel bypass. The Woodland Trust, along side the Wildlife Trusts and the Campaign to Protect Rural England are pleading with the government to reconsider. Nick Herbert, conservative MP for Arundel supports the route.
