5 things the world needs to invest in to be climate change resilient

It is estimated that £1.8 trillion needs to be spend internationally between 2020 and 2030 to make the world climate change resilient. The changes will particularly help those in coastal regions and those areas at risk of famine and water shortages. The five things are global warning systems, infrastructure, agriculture, protection of mangrove forests and water.
